Serge Sicular, MD, is the current Director of Emergency Imaging at the Mount Sinai Health System, overseeing the imaging from the emergency rooms at the Mount Sinai, Mount Sinai Queens, Beth Israel, Kings Highway, St. Luke’s, and Mount Sinai West hospitals in New York City. He is also an assistant professor and course director at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. He is a graduate of the Sackler Medical School in Tel Aviv with honors. He completed his internship at the Saint Barnabas Medical Center and completed his residency in radiology at Mount Sinai, where he also served as president of the Mount Sinai housestaff and was on the medical board and administrative executive committee for the hospital.

Howard Kessler, MD, is the Head of Medical Group at Imagen. Prior to joining Imagen, Dr. Kessler was a radiologist and, prior to that, Chairman of Radiology at CarePoint Health System. He is a former Director of Diagnostic Imaging at Fox Chase Medical Center. He has extensive experience in quality assurance and performance improvement, having served as Medical Director for Radiology at a regional insurance company. He has also served as a business consultant to various radiology practices and been involved as a shareholder or managing partner in numerous companies and practices, including Radiology Reimbursement Solutions (1999-2010) and New Jersey Imaging Associates (2008–2014). He attended medical school at Ohio State University; interned at Riverside Methodist Hospital; completed his residency at University of Pennsylvania Department of Radiology, where he was Chief Resident; and completed a fellowship in gastrointestinal radiology at University Hospital, Lund, Sweden.

Dr. Giesbrandt completed a fellowship in Breast and Cross-Sectional Imaging at the Mayo Clinic School of Medicine, following her residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Mayo Clinic, where she was actively involved in research and quality oversight committees. She began her medical career with a general surgery internship at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, FL, after earning her MD from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine.
Dr. Giesbrandt has extensive experience in breast imaging, with special expertise in advanced modalities such as molecular breast imaging, contrast enhanced mammography, and all image guided breast procedures. She has been an invited speaker at multiple national meetings, including the American Roentgen Ray Society and the Mammography in Santa Fe conference, where she also served as Course Co-Director from 2019 to 2021. She has published peer-reviewed articles in radiology journals and contributed to clinical guidelines, including the Academy of Breastfeeding Medicine’s protocol on radiology and nuclear medicine studies in lactating women.
Dedicated to teaching and mentorship, Dr. Giesbrandt has led workshops at the Radiologic Society of North America, delivered lectures for global partnerships with the Korean Society of Radiology, and volunteers her time to provide CME lectures for technologists in the community.

Dr. Samantha Avery is a board-certified cardiologist and the Medical Director of Cardiology at Imagen, where she leads innovative telehealth cardiovascular programs and advanced imaging services. She practices in both the United States and the Turks and Caicos Islands, holds certification in cardiac CT interpretation, and has expertise in echocardiography, heart failure, and preventive cardiology.

Dedicated to expanding access to high-quality cardiovascular care, Dr. Avery focuses on precision medicine, early detection, and improving healthcare delivery through technology and education. Outside of work, she is an avid athlete, traveler, and devoted mother to her son, Bodhi.
